Responsibilities: 

The Manager will support the E-Commerce operations of the Mythical brand, focused on apparel and accessories sold through Shopify and Amazon storefronts.  Secondary duties will include supporting the growth strategies for successful ancillary DTC businesses like Mythical grooming collection, Mythical Society, and any live events.  


Core Duties

  • Support and collaborate with the VP’s strategy and execution for Mythical E-Commerce stores on both Shopify and Amazon, plus other related brands/storefronts forthcoming
  • Own all E-Commerce marketing efforts by planning and executing an extensive marketing calendar across Store socials, email, SMS/MMS, and other platforms to be approved by VP of E-Commerce
  • Manage site UX/UI updates and enhancements
  • Work with the VP of E-Commerce to assist with paid advertising creative and strategy ideation
  • Measure, assess, and report on traffic, revenue, margin, inventory, conversions, AOV, LTV, CAC, etc., and present reporting to senior colleagues 
  • Support and collaborate with design teams on product ideation, marketing merchandise, and promotional creative
  • Maintain all on-camera merchandise promotional trackers and planning documents
  • Monitor inventory levels, report monthly on the current stock, and refine demand/supply forecasting
  • Review all promotional and marketing materials before launch and provide insightful feedback on any changes, if needed

 

Requirements

  • 3 + years of experience at E-Commerce / DTC brands
  • Extensive Shopify Plus and Klaviyo experience 
  • Focus on apparel/lifestyle accessories is a plus, but not essential
  • Enthusiasm for internet style Creators is a plus, but not required
  • Extensive experience developing product roadmaps and merchandising strategies based on market analysis and trend forecasting 
  • Experience with the product development process. Knowledge of collaboration between the design and marketing departments
  • Working familiarity with business intelligence tools and spreadsheets 
  • Experience building personalized journeys and optimizing mobile UX
  • Track record of growth, familiarity with entire divisional P&L
  • Ability to analyze funnels, conversion levers, and A/B testing hypotheses
  • Excel/Google Sheets 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills - ability to communicate a creative vision 
  • Retail buying and merchandising experience is a plus
  • Physical retail and wholesale merchandising experience are also a plus
