If so, we want to hear from you In compliance with guidelines and standards in place by Salesforce Administrator, incumbent will assist Salesforce Administrator in daily Salesforce tasks to work with and support multi-disciplinary QPS teams with Salesforce data input/output, tracking, and reporting associated with Clinical protocols and other subject areas. The incumbent will primarily focus on Salesforce Opportunities, Attachments, Reports, and Dashboards, among other related Salesforce objects.

The Job

  • Assist Salesforce Administrator with creating, running, and managing reports and dashboards in a Salesforce Lightning environment.
  • Assist Salesforce Administrator with export/import of data into Salesforce.
  • Utilize Salesforce’s Data Loader to upload specific Salesforce object’s data into Salesforce, including and not limited to Opportunities, Attachments, and other relevant Salesforce objects.
  • Ability to read clinical protocols for basic information gathering, entry, tracking, and reporting in and out of Salesforce.
  • Ability to work with MS Excel files, including Macros, for data entry into Salesforce.
  • Ability to work within a Windows environment with knowledge of MS programs, but also working in a Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Employee must follow established procedures for completing daily tasks and seek guidance from supervisor when confronted with unfamiliar situations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma with relevant knowledge and experience
  • Bachelor’s level degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry, preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the CRO or life science industry, preferred
  • Knowledge in Salesforce, or another CRM system, concepts, practices and procedures required.
