This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned MuleSoft Developer. You will be tasked with the design, implementation, and maintenance of APIs and integrations utilizing the MuleSoft Anypoint platform. A strong grasp of user requirements and the ability to craft integration solutions that align with business needs is essential. Mentoring junior team members in a fast-paced setting will also be part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, support, document, and deploy APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint platform.
- Ensure compliance of APIs and integrations with established client standards.
- Analyze user stories and requirements to design and implement effective integration solutions.
- Deliver high-quality APIs and integrations that meet defined acceptance criteria.
- Conduct code reviews and manage assets in repositories, adhering to appropriate branching strategies.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues related to APIs, identifying root causes and collaborating with relevant teams for resolution.
- Become a subject matter expert on the MuleSoft platform.
- Continuously evaluate and innovate to enhance the quality and success of the platform.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 4+ years of experience in development, focusing on enterprise integration platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in creating solutions with the MuleSoft platform.
- Expertise in MuleSoft platform capabilities, including server administration and deployment (Cloud, On-Premise, Hybrid).
- Comprehensive experience in all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience in implementing integration solutions using APIs and web services technologies.
- Experience in mentoring junior resources and leading internal initiatives.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Two MuleSoft technical certifications are desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP integrations is a plus.
- Familiarity with SAP XI/PI is highly advantageous.
Note: This role requires on-site presence and follows a standard work schedule.
