Addison Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for our client in San Antonio, Texas. This role is a direct-hire position paying up to $23 per hour contingent on relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the full cycle accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices.
· Handle job costing responsibilities, allocating expenses appropriately to various projects.
· Process both purchase order (PO) and non-purchase order (Non-PO) invoices.
· Review and verify invoices and check requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
· Maintain and update vendor files and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
· Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
· Reconcile accounts payable transactions and prepare analysis of accounts.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of Full Cycle Accounts Payable
· Ability to meet tight deadlines
· Ability to work with a team and multitask
· Attention to detail
