We are currently searching for an experienced CEI Field Engineer to support our Southwest Region located in Texas.
What you’ll be doing:
- Perform quality assurance inspection to verify work is performed in compliance with the plans and specifications
- Monitoring safety for staff and sub-consultants
- Coordinating, communication, and preparing correspondence with Owner, Engineering, and Contractor personnel
- Processing daily project documentation and construction observations
- Maintaining project documents in accordance with company and owner requirements
- Reviewing monthly invoice submittals including quantity of work completed and associated value
- Preparing monthly project status updates
- Performing other duties as required
What you need to have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Must have a valid driver’s license Characteristics of a successful Volkert team member:
