THE WESTERNER: OUR STORY

We first opened our doors in 1962 as Salt Lake City's original country dance hall, bar, and grill. Over the years, our stage has been home to many well-known artists before their rise to fame, including Brad Paisley, George Jones, Rascal Flats, The Dixie Chicks, Trace Adkins, and more. Whether our customers are looking for good music, good food, or a good time, they'll find it in our establishment.

We provide a fun and safe environment for both our customers and our employees, with the aim of building long-term relationships between the two. We respect and listen to our employees and invite them to be innovative and involved. We also encourage them to empower themselves through education and to perfect the skills of their trade. We're always looking for fun people to join our outstanding team at "Utah's Biggest and Baddest."

As our Paint Night Leader - Host, you are the life of the party Embrace the spotlight as you take our enthusiastic guests on a journey of artistic discovery. From the moment they enter our vibrant venue, you captivate them with your infectious energy and warm greetings.

As the brushes hit the canvas, you guide our budding artists with expert techniques, sharing tips and tricks that will bring their imaginations to life. You proudly create an environment that buzzes with excitement, laughter, and shared moments of artistic brilliance.

SOMEONE WHO IS:

  • 21+ years old

  • A true artist at heart, with a deep passion for painting and the ability to create captivating works of art.
  • A natural-born entertainer, with exceptional communication and presentation skills to captivate participants of all skill levels.

  • A Master multitasker who can keep the energy high and the paint flowing smoothly throughout the event.
  • Someone flexible and adaptable who is able to ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for our guests.

WORK SCHEDULE

As our Paint Night Leader - Host, you are the star of the show every Thursday from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Additionally, you get to spend an additional 2-3 hours per week whenever you'd like on content creation. Our vibrant country dance hall, bar, and grill awaits you
