WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

This full-time position will have a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm. However, flexibility is required to be available during off hours and weekends to meet the needs of customers and inquiries.

As our Sales and Marketing Director, you will lead and execute comprehensive plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence by building relationships with potential residents and their families, conducting tours, explaining services and amenities, negotiating contracts, and facilitating move-ins. You will manage all aspects of sales and marketing within the community to meet or exceed our standards, promoting our visibility and developing purposeful relationships with referral partners and the public. Your role will include maximizing in-house and external sales opportunities, public relations, and managing our CRM database and scheduler to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

  • Ability to generate strategic sales and marketing plans and tactics
  • Ability to create presentations for a variety of audiences
  • Ability to collaborate with others to achieve goals and objectives
  • Ability to work efficiently outside of a fixed office environment
  • Physical ability to assist in transferring residents
  • Physical ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, reach, stand for prolonged periods, and lift people/objects
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, active listening, and customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Great time management and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a can-do, positive attitude

Senior living sales experience is preferred but not required
