WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As our Director of Sales and Marketing, you will spearhead our efforts to elevate our brand and drive revenue growth. Each day, you will develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve our business objectives. You'll lead, mentor, and inspire a team of talented professionals, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to excel.

Your role will also involve building strong relationships with potential residents and their families, conducting tours, explaining our services and amenities, and negotiating contracts. You'll facilitate the move-in process, ensuring a seamless experience for our residents. By promoting our visibility and developing purposeful relationships with professional referral partners, you'll help us maintain a steady pipeline of new residents. Additionally, you'll manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to maximize sales and marketing opportunities.

READY TO BECOME OUR DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING?

This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. However, flexibility is key, and you may need to be available during off hours and weekends to meet the needs of our customers and inquiries. Our ideal Director of Sales and Marketing can also meet the following qualifications:

Ability to generate strategic sales and marketing plans and tactics

Ability to create presentations for a variety of audiences

Ability to collaborate with others to achieve goals and objectives

Ability to work efficiently outside of a fixed office environment

Physical ability to assist in transferring residents

Physical ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, twist, reach, stand for prolonged periods, and lift people/objects

Effective communication, interpersonal, active listening, and customer service skills

Basic computer skills

Great time management and organizational skills

Self-starter with a can-do, positive attitude
