In the role of the Video Production Artist you will be critical part of the marketing team.


Summary/Objective


The Video Production Artist is a highly creative individual and visual storyteller who collaborates with internal stakeholders to showcase the features and benefits of our products which drive the Gooday competitive advantage. The position requires a solid background in video shooting, editing, and production for various channels including, but not limited to the website, social media platforms, and other online communications.

Types of videos include product videos, company videos, how-to videos, troubleshooting videos, etc. Most will be shot on our corporate location, but others will require on locations shoots using local facilities. The ideal candidate will have their own equipment, but we do have basic equipment available. Editing would be using Adobe Premier.


Responsibilities:

  • Translate key marketing strategies into compelling stories by creating videos from scratch.
  • Manage video production process from start to finish – this includes; developing storyboards, scheduling, directing talent, capturing video, importing media, designing and inserting static or motion graphics, editing, adding sound effects, and delivering finished projects within given time frames.
  • Performs full production of multimedia content from approved concept to final output and archiving.
  • Interacts with team members/talent before and during productions, to reassure, guide, and coach for optimal on-camera performance.
  • Edits and updates digital content for Goodway channels including website, emails and social media ensuring proper tone and brand guidelines are followed.
  • Monitors and stays informed on visual content production and delivery trends.
  • Self-driven, flexible, high-energy individual who can deliver assets on time while managing multiple projects at once.

  • Bachelor’s degree in film/video production or related field
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro
