What You'll Do:
- Lead daily operations, including ordering, purchasing, receiving, storage, and preparation, alongside managing guest relations, business flow, and service standards.
- Oversee all restaurant areas during business hours, engaging in various roles throughout the dining period.
- Coach and recognize team members.
- Interact with guests to build relationships, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
- Participate in manager meetings, crew meetings, and Manager-in-Training sessions.
Essential Skills:
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.
- Comprehensive menu understanding, leadership abilities, attention to detail, and exceptional guest service skills.
- Financial acumen, adaptability, resilience, and knowledge of health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full-service fine dining management experience.
- Demonstrated stability in previous positions.
