What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Ability to meet programming standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identify work process improvements; implement new technology maintain records, package items for shipment and notify buyers of stock shortages.
  • Ability to improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Able to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A significant background in reading, writing and debugging code.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field; Hands-on programming experience. Manufacturing experience a plus.
