PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in creating and integrating analytics for cyber workforce statutory and policy reporting.
- Ensure alignment with existing reporting requirements and standards.
- Conduct ongoing studies and analyses of cyber compensation trends in both private and public sectors.
- Utilize commercial labor market surveys and departmental workforce data to evaluate the impact of compensation trends on recruitment and retention within key cyber mission areas.
- Support the development and maintenance of analytic tools for tracking cyber personnel and positions.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze and document existing data, data flows, data requirements, and reporting needs
- Work with data owners to curate data and understand what they want to know from their data
