We are in need of an Outside Sales Professional who can formulate a sales plan to cultivate new and enhance existing customer connections in Rensselaer and the neighboring regions. Our sales team is provided with the necessary resources, training, guidance, and competitive pay to ensure your triumph. Ideal candidates will be self-motivated go-getters with exceptional communication, client relations, and interpersonal abilities. Compensation:

$80,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life
  • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
  • Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking
  • Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
  • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, leadership, or business-to-business sales preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own time
  • Be teachable and coachable and looking to grow within your career
  • Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines
  • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire
  • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities
