Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and valuation of assets, including property, equipment, and investments.
  • Monitor and analyze asset performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Manage asset acquisition, disposition, and redevelopment processes to align with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on asset performance, financial metrics, and investment opportunities to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to ensure effective asset management and compliance with regulations.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, leases, and vendor agreements related to asset management.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting asset management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Asset Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on managing a diverse portfolio of assets.
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles, financial analysis, and investment strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
