Medical Scheduler Benefits

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with clients and employees through all aspects of schedule management
- Support all programs as part of the BrightStar Care brand standards
- Maintain a warm introduction, management of touch-points (field staff, care recipient, and family caregiver) and client standards to ensure branch meets or exceeds inquiry conversion goals.
- Manage scheduling of all field staff
- Will be responsible to provide backup caregiver coverage in field in case of emergencies
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flu and COVID-19 vaccination documentation preferred
- Minimum one (1) year of documented caregiver, home care assistance experience is required
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, & Excel), and internet is required
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare office setting
- Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills required
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance
- Excellent references
- Access to a computer or smart phone for web-based scheduling
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to pass background checks, DMV, and drug screen
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
