What We Are Looking For:

  • A proven track record of innovative achievements in email marketing or any endeavor you undertake. You have consistently been a game-changer.
  • At least 4 years of experience running email campaigns at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Self-sufficiency in creating, running, launching, and optimizing email campaigns to meet revenue, ROI, and cost of acquisition targets.
  • A data fanatic who thrives on improving and optimizing the email funnel from click to revenue.
  • Expertise in monitoring and analyzing email marketing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • A strong collaborator with the design and content teams to create digital assets and content for campaign launches.
  • An execution and project management rockstar who delivers high-impact work weekly.
  • A marketing professional who stays updated with the latest industry trends and email marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and tracking to enhance email marketing channel effectiveness.
  • An automation expert who can build automations, triggers, and experiences that deliver personalized messages and experiences to increase CTR, conversion, and revenue.
  • A born leader who identifies problems, determines root causes, provides solutions, gets things done, tracks results, and drives innovations that accelerate revenue and results.


Requirements:

  • 4+ years managing email marketing tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, SendGrid, and Mailchimp.
  • 4+ years of experience in creating and optimizing automation flows and triggers.
  • 4+ years of experience building, owning, and improving customer touchpoints through email and text.
  • Extensive experience in creating and optimizing landing pages for conversions and revenue.
  • Extensive experience in A/B testing email subject lines, body copy, and landing pages to increase conversion and accelerate revenue.
  • Extensive experience in email data analysis to improve conversion rates, reduce costs, and accelerate revenue.
  • Cold email marketing experience, including warming up domains, optimizing deliverability, increasing conversions, and driving revenue, is a plus.
