Your Role:● Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into podcasting trends, listenerbehavior, and content performance to inform our strategy.● Opportunity Spotting: Identify gaps in the market and propose innovative contentideas that set us apart.● Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics tools to extract actionable insightsthat will guide content development.We Need You To:● Be an inquisitive thinker, always seeking to understand the ‘why’ behind the data.● Have a strategic mindset, capable of translating research findings intocompelling content opportunities.● Be tech-savvy, comfortable with using the latest tools and Artificial Intelligence toenhance research processes.● Be a proactive communicator, able to articulate findings and recommendationsclearly to the team.
