We are currently looking for an energetic self-starter to join the team as an Accounts Payable Coordinator in our North Little Rock, AR location. In this role, you will be responsible for handling vendor invoices, processing outgoing funds, and any other duties assigned by management. We are looking for someone who is detail orientated and has strong organizational skills. Our ideal candidate will work well across teams, is willing to learn and grow, and exercises good judgement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure good standing with vendors by processing invoices in a timely manner.
  • Prepare work statements weekly for key vendors, clearing credits as well as invoices.
  • Maintain records of financial transactions, including scanning documents to be electronically accessed.
  • Conduct AP and Receiving batches for processing.
  • Code companywide diverse array of expenses into their proper accounts.
  • Record appropriate vendor, expense account number, and tax information when processing payments.
  • Maintain recurring logs to ensure payments are issued and recorded timely per instructions.
  • Prepare accounts payable reports and maintain accounts payable records according to department policy.
  • Assist with processing service center adjustments.
  • Assist with audit and budget schedules.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

  • High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail.
