Job Description

We are looking for someone who is willing to show up everyday and work hard. As the Estimator Assistant, you will be learning alongside our team as we teach you the trade. Our ideal candidate doesn't necessarily need to have prior experience although some construction experience would be preferred.


Requirements

  • The ideal candidate can communicate and work well with all
  • High School Graduate
  • Prompt and on-time
  • Math and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Project preferred
  • Reliable and hard-working
  • Home Construction knowledge is a plus
  • Able to work closely with team members
  • Read/write clearly
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Reside in or near Avondale, AZ

Responsibilities

  • Learn from our experienced Estimator
  • Review project plans and specifications
  • Perform quantity takeoffs (measuring the amount of materials needed)
  • Gathering pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
  • Assist in preparation of bid proposals
  • Maintain estimate databases


Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • 7am-4pm
