Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the center's daily operations and administrative tasks
  • Ensure the front office runs smoothly and is well-maintained
  • Manage opening and closing responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clinical staff and parents
  • Lead and supervise up to 100 personnel as the center expands
  • Responsible for staff's weekly schedules and patient appointments
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment, replenishing as required
  • Report and coordinate the resolution of facilities-related issues, working closely with vendors and maintenance teams
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to create a customer-focused culture
  • Dedication to fostering inclusion and belonging for all
  • Adhere to and enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Talent for ensuring patient satisfaction and engagement

  • Proficiency in project management

Requirements

Experience and Education

  • Minimum of two years managing a healthcare facility
  • Experience interacting positively with patients
  • Associate degree in healthcare administration preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

While performing the position's duties, the Center Manager must be able to operate standard office equipment and keyboards and talk and hear (both in-person and by telephone).

They are also required to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. frequently.; stand, walk, stoop, climb stairs, use hands and fingers to feel, grab, handle, and type, and arms to reach and lift.

Travel

The Center Manager may occasionally travel for in-person meetings, conferences, or training. Travel time is paid, and mileage can be expensed.
