The Marketing Operations Specialist for Easy Step Enterprises, dba The Good Feet Store will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, driving foot traffic to our stores, and ultimately improving the lives of our customers. The specialist will be responsible for a wide range of marketing and promotional activities, including sign production, digital setup, promotional material management, creative project coordination, and more. You will work in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the production of in-store signage, ensuring timely delivery and installation.

Maintain brand consistency and uphold high-quality visual standards across all stores and related campaigns.

Update and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, and digital assets.

Collaborate with graphic designers, printers, and other vendors to execute creative projects on time and within budget.

Develop, update, and maintain a promotional materials portal, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging and guidelines.

Coordinate the distribution of promotional materials to stores and events.

Collaborate with the creative team to ensure proper utilization and placement of promotional materials.

Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns aimed at driving store traffic and increasing sales.

Work closely with store managers, district managers, and corporate teams to align marketing tactics with business objectives.

Help to monitor marketing budgets related to print production, promotional materials, and more.

Coordinate with Good Feet Corporate on digital setup of new stores.

Requirements:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within retail or consumer goods industries.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google photos and content management systems.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
