Compensation:

$100,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in obtaining financing by connecting them with suitable lenders to secure the best options for their real estate transactions.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients and listing agents to facilitate successful real estate transactions specifically in South Central Wisconsin.
  • Review and prepare all legal property documents meticulously to ensure a smooth process for both buyers and sellers.
  • Keep clients informed throughout the home-buying process and provide valuable insights into local housing market trends.
  • Engage with potential buyers to understand their unique housing needs and preferences in the Madison area.
  • Expand networking opportunities by building and strengthening connections with clients and industry professionals.
  • Provide detailed guidance on the steps involved in buying or selling a property.
  • Offer in-depth information and analysis on the current real estate trends specific to the local market.
  • Showcase available listings effectively to potential buyers by actively participating in open houses and property viewings.
  • Acquire expertise in successful sales negotiation strategies through training and hands-on experience.
  • Assist clients in making well-informed decisions when purchasing real estate by utilizing various sales techniques.
  • Ensure productivity and success in real estate sales by diligently adhering to weekly tracking and accountability procedures.
  • Continuously enhance sales skills and techniques through regular sales coaching sessions and role-play exercises.

Qualifications:
  • To be eligible for the position in Madison, WI, US, having or being willing to acquire a valid Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson License is required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation is mandatory for consideration for this role.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local real estate market and staying updated on current industry trends are vital.
