Requirements
DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:
Commercial Properties Painter
- Completes tasks using the standard methods, materials, tools, and equipment of the paint trade.
- Paint interior and exterior of commercial properties.
- Expertise in paint work preparation, protection or surroundings, application, color mixing & matching, and minor repair work as needed for projects.
- Scaffolding set-up and all pre-painting preparations as required.
- Experience with painting equipment, such as power washers, paint sprayers, and scaffolding.
- Physical stamina needed to meet the demands of this role, comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding.
- Comply with OSHA regulations and adhere to the occupational hazards and safety precautions necessary in paint work.
- Additional duties and tasks as needed or assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Commercial Properties Painter
- Minimum of 3 years professional painting experience.
- Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Responsible, reliable, prompt, good attendance, team player.
- A valid Alaska driver's license, reliable personal transportation to travel to properties is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background Check and Drug Screening is required.
