Live On-Site Maintenance Assistant

Get a $500 monthly stipend towards your rent PLUS $25(+DOE)/hr for maintanence duties.

Where: West Bend, WI

Make your own hours and do as much or as little as you like beyond the main maintanence duties


A Flexible Position regarding job duties Main Duties

(a) Take Dumpsters (garbage and recycling) out of dumpster room and place outside for p/u 2x per week. In general M&Th by 7am (can be done the night before) *there is a little machine to help move the dumpsters if needed Ave 2-3 hrs/wk

(b) Bring Dumpsters (garbage and recycling) back in from outside and place in the dumpster room after p/u 2x per week. Ave 2-3 hrs/wk

(c) Check water softeners for salt once a week and add salt as needed. Ave 1 hr/wk

(d) Meet with scheduled vendors and contractors and provide access and assistance as needed. Ave (2x/wk) 2hr/wk

(e) Respond to non-scheduled events as determined by Park Place Emergency System Ave (2x/wk) 2hr/wk

(f) Change air filters in (3) air handlers once a month Ave 0.25hrs/wk

(g) Other non-electrical maintenance as determined by the Park Place Board

(h) Other work may be available if the employee expresses interest in additional hours 12 hours/week ave with minimum duties The work log for the year is attached. Monthly hours ranged from 20 to 80 and included many other maintenance items and duties
