POSITION SUMMARY:

The Signorelli Company Summer internship program, Real Estate U, was created to give students and graduates the opportunity to learn from various parts of the company and real estate industry. Real Estate U consists of Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, IT, Construction, and Land Development departments. Our interns will gain hands-on experience in various department functions in our Woodlands corporate office and contribute to the overall success of our organization. The program may include special projects, mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities. At the conclusion of the program, the Summer Intern program participants will present their analysis and make real-time recommendations to department leadership to help drive and grow the business.


ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage databases and input information, data, and records
  • Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
  • Shadow multiple department positions and train in a variety of tasks
  • Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
  • Attend company functions and networking
  • Performs other projects and related duties as assigned.


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Interested in a career in Real Estate with specific department focus.
  • Ability to network, present presentations to colleagues, and support the department in field events.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with department and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be local to The Woodlands or in a neighboring town
  • Able to work on site full time with Signorelli Staff
