Reports to:   Stevie Jefferis, Producer

Travel:         Occasional travel may be required


Position Overview 

The Production Intern is responsible for supporting the production team in creating a seamless studio experience and creation of images. They will do this by helping with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. This includes preparation of samples, studio organization and both setup and breakdown for all sets on shoot days. 


Core Responsibilities 

  • Maintain the photography studio and assist in both the setup and breakdown for all sets (in-house & on location) on shoot days.
  • Assist with the preparation of all products prior to shoot days - steam, organize, and manage all samples for studio and editorial shoots.
  • Work alongside the Styling team to help organize styling closet, props and all studio inventory.
  • Support Sample Coordinators with office samples and inventory management. Assist with product preparation for inbound inventory receipts and outbound shipments to the warehouse.
  • Work with the Logistics and Buying teams to mitigate issues related to sample delivery and escalate critical issues to Producers. Provides input to Producers on the development of alternative solutions.
  • Become familiar with day-to-day reporting, updating presentations and help contribute to meeting preparation. 


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be a college senior graduating in May 2025
