The Entry-Level Sales Representative is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. No prior sales experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Lead Generation:

    • Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels
    • Qualify leads to determine their potential and interest in the company's products or services.
  2. Customer Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  3. Sales Process:

    • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
    • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Process orders and ensure accurate documentation of sales transactions.
  4. Market Research:

    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
    • Gather feedback from customers and report to management for continuous improvement.
  5. Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall company goals.
    • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
