A Processing Support Specialist at OpDecision may be the perfect fit OpDecision helps reduce customer’s wireless bills with savings guaranteed at least 10% from the current bill without switching carriers. The Processing Support Specialist is instrumental in processing the changes needed in various carrier portals as well as supporting teams that analyze bills.

The right candidate will have experience and knowledge of wireless carriers, plans, features, discounts and the carrier portals. Attention to detail and a sense of urgency is a MUST

We are searching for a candidate that can work in a remote role Monday through Friday and work hours 8 am - 5 pm EDT. This position has a rate of $18-$19/hr based on experience. 

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Processing Support Specialist manages the process of changing customer plans and urgent projects that consist of implementing plan and feature changes with specific deadlines for clients. This role develops and maintains a vast knowledge of the carrier portals, along with the plans, features and discounts offered from each carrier. This role enhances the overall client experience and shows the value of Ten4 Mobility by providing a quick turnaround for all internal implementations; clients see immediate savings without having to wait for the carriers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Analyze audits with multiple OpDecision team members to discuss necessary voice, text and data changes, as well as suggest additional recommendations.
  • Process time sensitive plan and feature changes through the AT&T, Verizon and/or T-Mobile Premier Portals.
  • Accurately represent OpDecision and services in a professional manner.
  • Download, create and share with specific team members the live data usage reports for clients on an as needed basis.
    • Make necessary pool and plan adjustments based on data usage.
  • Prepare audits, pull equipment reports and create change sheets for submission to carriers for specific clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of the relationship to our clients.
  • Provide backup support to team members as needed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • One (1)+ years of experience in wireless industry is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to follow through on carrier credits.
  • Must possess a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and interact in a collaborative manner with other team members.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills required.
  • Exhibits self-motivation, the ability to multitask and pay close attention to small details.
  • Possesses the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and email.
  • Occasional travel as needed.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently.
