We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. You will handle social media listening and response, collaborate on educational and marketing materials, and support event planning for medical education programs. Responsibilities include contributing to social media strategy, managing website data, assisting with multimedia for patient webinars, and maintaining CRM databases.

Responsibilities:
  • Social media listening and response
  • Collaborate with marketing communications design team to create educational and marketing material
  • Support event planning for medical education programs
  • Contribute to social media strategy development
  • Manage website data, involving communication with the sales team
  • Assist with running the video, audio, and multimedia components for patient education webinars
  • Spend time with various employees to learn about patient and provider education and gastroparesis

Requirements:

  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
  • Comfortable in a small, dynamic company environment and able to wear many hats
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to accomplish tasks in a fast-paced environment
