We need motivated a individual to join our office team as a Real Estate Services Coordinator. By joining our team, you will be supported by 40+ years of industry experience and will serve a key role in providing excellent customer service to real-estate agents across the state of Alabama.


Responsibilities:

  • Primary job duties are billing, order taking, and processing of real estate paperwork for closings
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for real estate agents and technicians regarding contract scheduling and inquiries
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and documentation of long and short-term termite service contracts
  • Communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email, and in-person to provide status updates and address questions
  • Maintain organized records of contract details, including terms, pricing, and timelines
  • Update contract databases and spreadsheets with accurate and current information
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts, invoices, and other paperwork as needed
  • Collect payments from realtors and homeowners for termite services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms
  • Ensure that all contract processes and documentation adhere to industry standards and legal requirements
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the overall contract management workflow
  • Collaborate with technicians and supervisors to resolve any challenges that may arise during the contract execution


Qualifications:

  • Having some real estate knowledge is desired, but not a requirement
  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of responsibilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, technicians, and management to ensure seamless contract coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with real estate agents and technicians
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to address inquiries, concerns, and issues in a courteous and helpful manner
  • Keen eye for accuracy when reviewing contracts, payments, and scheduling information
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes, industry regulations, and software systems
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet harsh deadlines, and ensure timely coordination of inspections and services.
  • A desire to grow within the role and potentially take on additional responsibilities as experience is gained
  • Ability to work in an office environment, including sitting for extended periods and using a computer
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background and drug screen
