Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCNC Tool Room MachinistPay Rate: $22- $27 hourly compensation. Location: Sussex, WIHours: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pmAs a CNC Machinist you will be responsible for setting up and operating 3-axis CNC Machines to produce high-quality one-of-a-kind parts and components for our Tool & Die shop. The CNC Machinist will work with a variety of materials and must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Responsibilities:
  • Set-up and operate 3-axis CNC machines to produce parts and components.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, etc. to ensure parts meet specifications.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures.
  • Perform daily maintenance and troubleshoot CNC Machines.
  • Keep work area and machines clean and organized at all times.
Requirements:
  • Three years of experience machining custom one-of-a-kind parts.
  • Proficient understanding of G-code.
  • Knowledge of cutting tool selection for highest efficiency and accuracy.
  • Must possess a positive and professional attitude.
  • Must possess excellent attention to detail.
  • Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
  • Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting to 50lbs.
