CNC Programmer

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. As a CNC Programmer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Machining Team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent technical skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Programmer/Machinist 

Location: Sussex, WI 

Pay Range: $22-$36/hr. DOE

What’s the Job?

• Program, set up, and operate Mazak CNC machines.
• Run machines when not programming, including machine center or turning center.
• Utilize the dual spindle Mazak center for lathe and milling operations.
• Spend approximately 50% of the time programming and 50% running machines once in a future state.
• Interact internally with 9 machinists including Jason and the Master Scheduler.

 What’s Needed?

• Ability to program, set up, and operate various manual and CNC machines simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Mazak, Fanuc, and Mazatrol systems.
• Knowledge of G & M codes.
• Own tools.
• Proficient with various precision measuring and inspection tools.
• Experience with Gibbs programming and live tooling on machines.
