  • Own a segment P&L within the larger business
  • Lead a large team of ~150 through 4 Productions supervisors over 2 shifts
  • Reporting to the Operations Leader with a focus on safety, production, efficiency and quality

  • Compensation - commensurate with experience - $100,000 plus
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
  • 5+ years of Leadership – having both technical and soft skills
  • 5+ years of Manufacturing experience
  • Servant Leadership required
  • P&L ownership
  • Agility & Flexibility critical
WHAT WILL YOU DO AS THE PRODUCTION MANAGER?
  • Plan, organize, and run day-to-day production
  • Partnering with Quality Assurance and stay compliant with all food safety requirements
  • Ensure production team is properly trained and job functions are clearly defined
  • Promote, maintain, and enforce safe and healthy working conditions for all employees in accordance with regulatory requirements and Company standards
  • Responsible for retention through coaching, counseling, disciplining, training, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
