The Territory Sales Manager will call on GI surgeons and assist with procedures in the hospital O.R. This role involves building out a new territory with some existing business and developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive the growth of innovative technology in the market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with GI surgeons in the hospital O.R., assisting with procedures.
  • Develop and expand a new territory, leveraging some existing business.
  • Identify and cultivate KOLs to influence the adoption of new technology.
  • Penetrate new accounts and change surgical procedures with new technology.
  • Promote and adapt surgeons to new technology for the treatment of GI diseases.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in disruptive sales, specifically in introducing new products to the market.
  • Demonstrated ability to penetrate new accounts and influence changes in surgical procedures.
  • "Hunter" mentality with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Clean background with no felony convictions and a clean driving record (no DUIs).
  • Preferred experience in O.R. device sales, especially in gastrointestinal and endoscopy fields.
  • Background with large companies is preferred.
  • Must live within the territory (central PA, Philadelphia, or Baltimore).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary: $110,000
  • On-target earnings (OTE): $180,000 at plan
  • Car allowance provided
  • 40% travel requirement within central Pennsylvania, Maryland, Baltimore, and West Virginia territory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience selling new products into O.R., endoscopy, or GI spaces
  • Must reside within the designated territory, with no exceptions
