The companyEstablished over 40 years ago, our client is an independent, family run organization who focuses on the production of high-quality PVC roofing membranes and fluid applied solutions, emphasizing durability, energy, efficiency and environmental sustainability.

Moving forward with ambitions growth plans to grow from 100m to 300m over the next 5 years, a position has opened up for an experienced Director of Operations to lead the operational excellency of the business and assist with running the manufacturing, production, labeling, packaging and fulfillment of the production line.


The position

If you have experience building production lines, launching new facilities, organizing permits, electrical, building and developing a team of production staff, setting up and commissioning equipment then you will be able to hit the ground running in this position and will make a massive impact in the continued success of this great company.
