3C-AI Startup is seeking an experienced operating executive to join as a Cofounder Partner, reporting to the CTO.

Responsibilities

§ As a HPE you are tasked with carrying out a company’s mission statement execution, managing its technical strategy, and ensuring its strong customer satisfaction.

§ You are expected to own product development, technology acquisition, deployment and maintenance, by defining KPI’s and execute against them.

§ Hire, delegate and supervise direct talents as we grow (Data Scientists, Developers, CX)

§ You be required to own the vendors relationship, budget, and develop the launch execution strategy, and provide customer experience support and oversight.

§ You are expected to be committed to the company long term by having skin in the game as vested interest from day one so you can rip both short and long terms rewards

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of growth startup with $10m+ revenues or corporate senior management experience; and/or prior successful startup exit experience is required
  • Desire to participate as a business partner with ability to balance responsibilities of all stakeholders with proven ability to extract value.
  • Proven cloud development and scalable products experience within the enterprise, with ability and desire to manage a business with focus on enabling revenues growth.
  • Entrepreneurial thinker with an appetite to take on a flexible responsibility and make it happen vs analysis paralysis.
  • Ability to design compelling TCO from our offering that stand as a leader among our peers, proactive design thinking and lean execution.
  • Strong leadership and concise communication skills (private and public), driven, talented with high level of integrity
  • Advance Degree from Tier 1 University (i.e., MS, MBA or PhD) or commensurate experience

Requirements:

· Master Enterprise SDLC, cloud, custom apps, Api, along AI, ML and LLM deployment

· Ability to architect solution with limited resources and time constraint to validate customers use cases and gain momentum for scalable budget and scope.

· Deep expertise in AWS, Databricks, Github, and top open sources stacks, integration and deployment, with ability to design, deploy and scale enterprise digital products

· Domain Expertise in any of the target industries (Finance, Healthcare, BioTech, Life science, eCommerce, Top Consulting firms in Innovation).

· Hit the ground running and self-execute, while growing the business and team

· Deep understanding of corporate innovation, startup development and key drivers of tech performance, including TCO, SLA for listed companies And ARR driven for startups.

Location (Hybrid Mode): Mostly remote, but required to meet customers, partners and investors and can be based in Cambridge, MA or Jacksonville, FL.
