  • Network Architecture: Develop and design network architecture using Cisco technology.
  • Technical Solutions: Analyze business requirements to develop and deliver technical network solutions.
  • Network Planning: Perform network modeling, analysis, and planning, including capacity needs assessment for network infrastructures.
  • Network Stability: Ensure a secure and stable network environment by overseeing regular monitoring and maintenance of networks.
  • Technical Support: Provide high-level technical support for wireless and wired network systems.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting activities.
  • Wireless Networks: Manage Cisco wireless networks, ensuring robust and reliable connectivity throughout the facility.
  • Documentation: Document network problems and resolutions for future reference.
  • Compliance: Ensure network compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and coach junior team members.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth operation of network infrastructure.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience with Cisco network technologies and products.
  • Proficiency in wireless and LAN technologies and protocols.
  • Expertise in network analysis, design, and implementation strategies.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CCNP or CCIE Professional certification.
  • Experience leading, supervising, or mentoring IT professionals.
  • Experience supporting an industrial and/or manufacturing environment.
  • Background in network architecture or network engineering.
