We are seeking a talented PowerApps/Power Automate Developer to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application development, particularly with a focus on low-code or no-code platforms, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps.
  • Automate business processes using Power Automate (Flow) to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Integrate Power Apps with other Microsoft 365 and third-party services and applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects.
  • Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues with existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting is a plus.
  • Proven experience with SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with team members

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing DevOps solutions for government organizations or the private sector.
