As a Senior Front End Engineer, you will play a critical role in building a top-notch product that enhances user experiences. You will use your expertise in TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS to develop innovative solutions and contribute to the company's success.


What youll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain front-end components using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement new features
  • Ensure high performance, reliability, and usability of user interfaces
  • Take ownership of key areas of the product and drive their development
  • Engage in creative problem-solving to enhance the user experience
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on front-end development
  • Strong proficiency in Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript
  • Experience with React and a strong portfolio demonstrating your work
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with customers
  • Ability to take a project from 0 to 1 and thrive in a startup environment
  • Strong interest in the developer tooling ecosystem and familiarity with web development trends
  • Must be able to work in the San Francisco office (relocation offered)


Nice to have:

  • Experience with developer tooling companies such as Supabase, PlanetScale, Retool, Linear, GitHub, PostHog, Resend, Vercel, or Notion
  • Previous experience at early-stage, fast-moving startups funded by top investors (Y Combinator, Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, etc.)
