Job Location: Plano, TX
Travel Percentage: 25-50%
Job Type: Full Time/Onsite
Job Shift: M-F (8-hour shifts)
Pay: 100% Commission
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with investors and investors partners.
- Involves negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions, researching, and sourcing new buyers, and negotiating with buys on properties to sell inventory.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for each property.
- Manage multiple listings simultaneously.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to sell properties quickly and at the best possible price.
- Identify potential buyers and build relationships with investors, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and other industry-related events to build professional relationships and generate leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into local real estate conditions and refine deal strategies.
