Job Description:
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians, including supervision requirements for RBT certification.
  • Use evaluation tools such as VBMAPP, Vineland, and Motivation Assessment Scale (MAS).
  • Design and oversee behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans
  • Train caregivers on the client’s individualized plan and other principles in ABA.
  • Conduct and write initial and reassessments
  • Maintain all certifications and licensures

Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior AnalysisCertifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACBLicensure: Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Maryland (LBA)Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the field of Behavior Analysis and/or 3 years experience working with individuals diagnosed with autism.
