Your Impactful Role: Product Specialist/Sales Consultant

As a Product Specialist at CMA's Valley Dealerships, you will:

  • Collaborate for Success: Work with a positive and supportive sales culture, collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Connect and Consult: Engage customers in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Stay Informed: Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry.
  • Utilize Technology: Generate sales leads through innovative video marketing and social media posts.
  • Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering exceptional experiences that last.

Qualifications:

  • Inclusive Attitude: Embrace diversity and value the contributions of all team members.
  • Experience: At least one year of retail or hospitality is a plus.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Intermediate computer skills.
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test
