**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Team Supervisor. The Production Team Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks and outputs of a department within the facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Team Supervisor will ensure the team members and equipment in their area are achieving goals in Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery. This is an active position on the production shop floor engaging with the people, processes, and equipment under responsibility and leading their team to success each day.

**Qualifications**
- Supervisory Skills and Production Management
- Ability to lead and motivate a team; excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Must have organization and time management skills; this position requires the management of multiple critical tasks concurrently
- Must possess an advanced understanding of workflows in production and prioritize work; experience in managing and executing production schedules
- Experience in the pallet or logistics industry is a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
