We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of a wide variety of dishes.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, preparing meats, and measuring ingredients
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications as set by the head chef
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station
  • Ensure that food safety and sanitation guidelines are adhered to
  • Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
  • Participate in cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and equipment
Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Prep Cook or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of food safety practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
  • Ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
