What you'll be doing:

STS 1 Stop seeks a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our suite of services to tax businesses and professionals. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead-generation strategies. We seek a well-rounded, knowledgeable person with SEO and Google to manage a team that makes effective marketing decisions on behalf of our company and client accounts. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client success and develop marketing strategies and solutions that effectively promote brands, products, and services of B2B and B2C Client attraction, targeting audiences surrounding global tax businesses.
  

The ideal candidate:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience demographics, including a strategy for targeting tax business owners and tax preparers.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand integrity and consistency across all marketing channels and campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and values.
  • Campaign Development: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events. Focus on reaching and engaging tax business owners and preparers.
  • Content Marketing: Manage content marketing scheduling and posting and oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and advertisements.
  • Host Marketing Calls: Conduct marketing calls with new clients to discuss our services, address their needs, and promote our offerings tailored to their tax business growth.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends within the tax industry to identify opportunities for growth and innovation, staying informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to drive maximum ROI.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment focused on achieving marketing objectives.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with relevant organizations, influencers, and industry leaders within the tax industry to expand our reach and enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts align integrate and support overall company objectives and growth initiatives.

What skills and experience you'll bring to us:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and sales, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in a B2B environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the tax or financial services industry is a plus.
