About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at North Knoxville Medical Center. As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to medical and surgical patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Associate Nursing Degree (Bachelor's Degree Preferred)
  • Current RN License
