Reside Rentals, a division of Dwell Realty Group, is seeking a Property Management Leasing Agent who will specialize in the areas of showing rental properties to potential residents, working with qualified residents to sign leases, new tenant onboarding, and general tenant relations to support our busy team in our Logan, UT office. As a rapidly growing property management company in Cache Valley, Reside Rentals strives to deliver outstanding management services to our clients, while providing a fun, innovative environment for our employees.

The successful candidate will work closely in a professional office environment with our property management team. This position interacts with multiple different departments, the general public, and residents. The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Showing rental properties to prospective tenants

  • Assessing condition and rentability factors of our current rental listings

  • Welcoming new residents and conducting move-in walk-throughs

  • Working with existing tenants to renew leases, file repair requests, and answer general questions about their leases

  • Explaining the move-out process and requirements to current tenants

  • Assisting other team members with remedying resident compliance issues (ie. resident late payments or lease violations)


Qualifications:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during business hours of Monday through Friday from 9am - 5pm
  • Comfortability with computers and tablets, including ability to quickly learn new programs and apps
  • Ability to think independently and work effectively with minimal direction
  • Demonstrating self-motivation and initiative on the job
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn and understand lease terms and contracts
  • Desire for long-term employment
  • Clean driving record preferred
  • Spanish speaking a plus, but not required
