The Cliffs Notes

We're in search of a dynamic Senior Revenue Operations Manager to drive business results for the Partnerships function by leading execution on key strategic objectives and driving operational rigor through our GTM business processes, including predictive Forecasting, Pipeline cleansing and inspection, Salesforce enhancements and other related growth enablers.

What You’ll Own

  • Reporting into the VP of Revenue Operations, manage and oversee Partner pipeline/referrals throughout the sales cycle (direct and indirect) via Salesforce
  • In collaboration with EVP of Partnerships and VP of Partner Sales, build detailed and predictive Partner Forecast in support of the weekly Forecast submission to our CEO/CFO and executive team
  • Drive operational discipline with Partner team to rationalize Partner Pipeline, with a focus on Forecast categories, Sales Stages, projected Close timelines, Funnel management, Conversion rates and other key pipeline indicators
  • Represent the Partnership business with requested Salesforce enhancements to improve Partner performance visibility and drive automation to facilitate scalability and user experience
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional stakeholders in Finance, Partner and Direct Sales, Marketing, SFDC team, and Product
  • Influence Partner team variable compensation plans in collaboration with Finance & Accounting

Requirements

Necessary Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of work experience in Finance, Operations, Management Consulting or another related field
  • Analytical mindset with near OCD-level of attention to detail and drive for accuracy
  • Aptitude for building relationships and driving?cross-functional?initiatives forward with speed and efficiency
  • Ability to think strategically while also?being able to roll up one's sleeves to dig into day-to-day?operations
  • A bias for action; passion for transforming strategy into a concrete action plan and results
  • Expert Excel, Salesforce, and data analysis & visualization experience
  • Strong proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting, sales processes and tools, reporting and Sales KPIs
  • Excellent presentation and communication?skills

The Team

In this role, you would be a part of the Sales team and reporting to VP, Revenue Operations.

Office Expectation

This role is HYBRID, with an expectation of 3-4 days a week in-office. Our hours are 8-5pm.
