Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage daily cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity to meet the organization's operational needs.
- Analyze financial data and market conditions to develop cash forecasts, investment strategies, and financial plans.
- Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to optimize returns on excess cash while managing risk.
- Assist in managing the organization's debt portfolio, including debt issuance, refinancing, and compliance with covenants.
- Identify and assess financial risks, including interest rate and foreign exchange exposure, and recommend hedging strategies.
- :Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions, including negotiation of fees and services.
- Prepare and present reports on cash position, investment performance, and financial risk exposure to management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
- Identify and implement improvements to cash management processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide support for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Certified Treasury Professional (CTP)) are a plus.
- Previous experience in treasury, finance, or a related role within a corporate or financial services environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, cash management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and operations.
