As a Product Manager specializing in monetization, you will play a critical role in driving strategies that optimize revenue. You should have great product intuition with a proven track record of executing on features, campaigns, and projects related to the growth of a business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer success, to develop and execute strategies that accelerate our growth trajectory.

What you’ll Do

  • Create the vision and articulate the short and long term product strategy for pricing and monetization.

  • Drive product definition, product planning and product design around monetization.

  • Gather and unearth opportunities through research, data analysis, user experience analysis, competitive research, testing and experimentation.

  • Work with customers and partners to deeply understand the market conditions and strategic opportunities.

  • Analyze user data and feedback to identify revenue opportunities.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams for product launches and updates.

  • Optimize the subscription journey, subscription models, and other revenue-generating features.

  • Monitor and report on monetization performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management with a focus on monetization.

  • Strong knowledge of the most recent trends around monetization of B2B SaaS products.

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive decision-making and uncover actionable insights.

  • Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and solving user pain points.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Compensation Range: $167K - $189K
