As a Product Manager specializing in monetization, you will play a critical role in driving strategies that optimize revenue. You should have great product intuition with a proven track record of executing on features, campaigns, and projects related to the growth of a business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and customer success, to develop and execute strategies that accelerate our growth trajectory.

What you’ll DoCreate the vision and articulate the short and long term product strategy for pricing and monetization.
Drive product definition, product planning and product design around monetization.
Gather and unearth opportunities through research, data analysis, user experience analysis, competitive research, testing and experimentation.
Work with customers and partners to deeply understand the market conditions and strategic opportunities.
Analyze user data and feedback to identify revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams for product launches and updates.
Optimize the subscription journey, subscription models, and other revenue-generating features.
Monitor and report on monetization performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Proven experience in product management with a focus on monetization.
Strong knowledge of the most recent trends around monetization of B2B SaaS products.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to use data to drive decision-making and uncover actionable insights.
Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and solving user pain points.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Compensation Range: $167K - $189K
